from the moving words inside my dear daughter and son's handmade Mother's Day cards
Heath's Inside Text ~
I love you Mom. Thank you for cooking alot - just joking. You do cook good, wash clothes, and deal with the brat. Thank you. Your son, Heath
Perry's Essay "My Special Mother" ~
I love my mom because she takes me to the movies.
She's as pretty as a horse.
She weighs 10 lbs. and is 5 ft. tall.
My mom's favorite food is shrimp.
The funniest thing about my mom is she tells me funny stories.
I would like to buy my mom a pair of shoes.
I would not trade my mom for a donkey!
Those are way better than anything Hallmark has to offer!

Children are wonderful!

so funny! i love that essay they do at school. molly said "a barbie car" and that meant a lot to me b/c she wants a barbie car so badly. "not one you push around, one you ride in!"
those are great! you have some precious kiddos!

How sweet! So was Heath referring to himself or Perry when he said you had to deal with the brat?! :)

*sniff sniff* "She weighs 10 lbs." Is there any better gift than that??? Give that child anything she wants!!!! Happy Mother's Day!

That's really awesome. One question, who is "the brat" that Heath is referring to? I can see it being self-deprecating or a dig at his sister.
